UAMA likely a WORTHLESS SHELL now! Caveat Emptor

$47M CCAA Proceedings (bankruptcy in Canada) has totally GUTTED all assets and employees.

Nothing left that can be managed or grown without a team of employees.

Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch (like to call them Bert and Ernie) may be good at creating the "illusion of progress" but there's nothing there and no substance behind it.

Revenue from Blockdomes continues to slip as processors become too old to handle the task. Sophomoric Blockdomes nothing more than a science experiment, albeit an expensive one for a high-school level experiment. Nobody, particularly investors, cares about being green! They want to see a highly successful cryptocurrency business like Hut 8. Mine baby mine!

In latest quarterly filings management flirting with becoming an MVNO. Wow! A full-blown admission of their ignorance of what it takes to be successful as an MVNO. TNW Wireless can't even get their network up and carrying traffic. No subscribers, no roaming agreements, and no revenue.

The bottom line for UAMA is they don't have nor can they raise the needed capital to move forward. Assets depleted to pay creditors and employees gone. Seems it's down to Bert and Ernie to rebuild this failed enterprise if it, in fact, has any future.

UAMA is by any measure a truly troubled enterprise!
