With so many opportunities: contracts, JV's, buyouts, etc, it would only make sense to buyback shares at these on sale levels imo...Remember, text messaging is VERY HOT and PLYCF is now entering BOTH the United States, and also China.....2 HUGE Revenue potential sectors imo
