Those Form 3's are quite interesting. They show that warrants were granted to purchase imun at $5. That's the equivalent of 5 cents before the recent 1:1000 reverse split.

So imun was trading close to 30 cents.

I said it was going back to 14 cents, which was scoffed at.

Now it is trading around 5 cents and warrants to purchase large quantities of shares at that level have been granted, and somehow all that is being painted as a positive. To be clear, the current $5.50 price is equivalent to 5.5 cents before the r/s.

While Immune management may be happy to issue warrants to purchase shares at $5, investors (except for maybe 1 or 2) who bought it at $20 and above are not sharing that happiness. Just do the math.
