Here you go: The FIRST link are instructions from developer Wietse Wind who works at XRP Labs. He created this tool on how to claim Spark Tokens for both the Nano Ledger and XUMM. The SECOND link is a step by step tutorial video that goes through those instructions for the Nano Ledger.
