Yes I think he will be, claiming 80 employees to get PPP money is a felony with only 6 employees if they even have that many my guess is they don't even have that many anymore, thats another reason why I believe they have to retain the shell just to avoid prosecution, but then what will the filings reveal? oh the games people play, LoL RETC
