Just based on the myriad of products they have and are working on, product development alone could eat up a majority of that, unless they are slapping a few things in a blender and throwing a label on it (which we know they are not).
R&D, Development, toxicity testing, efficacy, packaging, data gathering, feedback, marketing, and meeting the regulations and requirements for each of the countries they are selling into, etc…. It’s an expensive process and unless they have significant investment, their revenues must carry the load. Not to mention all of the overhead just to run a direct sales company plus giveaways (weren’t they giving away Mclarens), back office integration, trips, etc…
I fully understand it is an OTC company, and not trying to set expectations too high, just putting two and two together and seeing what I see.
