When they are able to demonstrate that their new faculty is a full production facility then this will fly. That will take time. here is a good post i found and i concur. KULR does have the right people so they should be able to overcome whatever issues they may come across and maybe short term


"when companies try to move from demonstration facilities to actual production facilities, i am not saying that the new facility will be up to being called a production facility, lots of problems crop up that could be controlled or made up for in limited scale. we will see if company is transparent. just drop in at new facility to see how guarded/secrative of there success or failure they are dont rely on local press coverage that is too easily manipulated at least for a while"
