I think you guys know by now I don't post often and only if I have REAL and FACTUAL information verifiable through 3rd Party Links or via direct communication with Shaun Donnelly (CEO of BOTY). But to clear up some of the negative misinformation being posted, I think the following points need to be made.
1. The Ticker will be Pink Current sooner than many might expect with the Final 2020 K Filing. I would strongly suggest those thinking otherwise would be wise not to dispute that fact to avoid damaging their posting credibility.
2. Once Pink Current Shaun has already stated work will begin immediately on the First Q Filing of 2021 to ensure the Ticker remains Current.
3. Regarding Dilution. IF and I repeat IF dilution is happening it should be viewed as a POSITIVE. Reason being, 5 of the 6 Debt Holders have been REMOVED with only one Debtor Remaining. Each Share DILUTED by that Debtholder means the Company is one share closer to being entirely 100% DEBT FREE.
4. While Revenues were hurt during 2020. That was entirely caused by the Worldwide Pandemic known to us all as COVID-19. As that is now for the most part OVER. And with the NEW TV Deal, NEW PPV Schedules, NEW LIVE Event Schedules, NEW Sponsorships soon to be publicly announced, etc... Combined with the FACT Shaun has made it clear the Company is operating on a "pay as you go" CASH ONLY Basis. Revenues will increase through 2021 and beyond while remaining DEBT will continue to DECREASE until PAID IN FULL.
Bottom line, and the only opinion in this post being as the facts above develop throughout the year. The current PPS will steadily increase from its current levels to make $BOTY a strong HOLD Investment.
