Finally, when will the merger take place?



2nd Quarter which should be very soon. Valuation... it's a tough one. Management of the (DCRB)SPAC feels $10 is under valued. Maybe we see this go up to at least $20 in a couple of months.

once merger is completed and HZYN symbol is active, one for one. The future looks bright for Hydrogen EV's and Heavy Equipment. Battery is a step gap measure when it comes to clean energys big picture.

Once HYZN symbol is live this board will become obsolete.
