CDCH and MDMN CORPORATE UPDATE
January 23, 2007
Throughout the months of December 2006, and January 2007, in excess of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) in U.S. funds was advanced by the Company President, Juan José Quijano Fernández, to pay land use taxes, surface rights, access rights, and legal fees associated with Company properties. The required payments are a normative yearly mandate by the Chilean government. The official notice of receipt of all payments was acknowledged and the Company received a validated “Mensura” inscription on each of the Alto de Lipangue, Las Dos Marias, and Cerro Dorado properties. Due to the above, the mineral claims remain in excellent standing (“Mensura”), and Medinah Minerals and Cerro Dorado are each fully recognized and protected to conduct business as Chilean business entities.

Company Mining Engineers and Geological Staff have completed thorough examinations of the newly acquired properties adjacent to the present Medinah Minerals and Cerro Dorado properties. Complete mineral assays results are being promulgated which will be forthcoming in a subsequent shareholder update report. Each of the new claims have been fully researched in the Chilean mining recorders office. During the next two weeks a full and comprehensive mapping will be produced to show the entirety of Medinah Minerals, and Cerro Dorado respective claims, and the newly acquired claims as officially recorded.

Further updates will be provided on February 2, 2007.

Les Price, CEO
