So what are the levels of activity ?

We've seen alot of posts lately from several about how wonderful all the CYIO and likely added acquisitions could be.

And some want to see our CYIO financial reporting for CYIO and Helio too.

But quite honestly I'm a whole lot more interested in what these potential acquisitions are doing now - and why they are interested in CYIO acquiring them.

So Xeroe,

1. You write about Paloma Pay often. Paloma Pay - what level of business activity are they "actually" doing now on their own? Are they generating sales and income - or just talking about how wonderful it could be ? My point is - there is a vast difference between seeing an entire market of 6,000 retailers - and actually having some of them as current actual customers? So is Paloma Pay just a conceptual process that someday in someway starts to generate money - or is it an actual operating and thriving business with paying customers/clients? And if its an actual business - either how much gross revenue or how many actual clients?

2. How about Propy - is that one active and generating? My point is - doing some webinars and joint media events - is that currently creating any business for Helio/CYIO? And would that one be a partnership or just joint activities - or would it be acquisition?

3. Our Headquarters for CYIO/Helio is in Florida where the Crypto Conference was held this weekend. And last week several posters including yourself were posting actively about all these "new news" events and obvious acquisition potentials. Yet with all this Conference excitement and supposedly "new news" created - Today after Conference completion - we aren't even maintaining a "4 nickels" price level. Nobody expects the stock price to be $1 this week - but its only 17.7 cents as I write - and nobody seems motivated to be an active buyer of the stories. Please don't tell us we have to "be patient" - as the news is already out and patience shouldn't be a requirement after a big conference and news of last week - I'm sure you agree.

4. Who knows how many total employees the CYIO/Helio merger acquisition represents? I'm not talking about Board members - who obvious also get paid - but I'm talking about management members at all levels and employees - both in the U.s. and Abroad (not contractor people like Auditors etc. etc.)? Isn't that a very reasonable expectation to have ? I'm predicting its less than most might think - JMHO.
