There is some common sense elements to this as well. Just because a judge/court tell someone to do something by a certain, do we really think that person is going to jump off their couch and do it as told, considering their previous have been either shady, disorganized, or lacked any sort of care to fall years behind? If judge said have the info in by today, I would expect it in 3 to 4 weeks with some sort of dog ate my homework type of excuse.
