Yes, it was a crime, a white collar crime of enormous proportions, of great severity, causing investment damage to many mom and pop investors who need assistance to protect their interests. We will see if the laws of the land offer that assistance. Common sense would preclude a 9-0 vote by SCOTUS but you watch. That is, if SCOTUS ever gets around to issuing an opinion. I expect a biased opinion and something other than a 9-0 vote. Let us see if Lady Justice is truly blind with a Collins decision.
