Ok this is weird, I was assuming the pump is fake news, but something just showed me it might be right Bloomberg has PFWI and PFWIQ. PFWI is the old ticker that was changed to PFWIQ.

But, now I see that sec.report has PFWI and PFWIQ, but all the Lazar filings are under PFWI. Hmmmm....
