you could be right, of course. Bt what to make of the IP nonsense position of : we will wait 60 days, and then wait a lot more days, and then release data.

It is weak and indefensible.

It is bogus.

That is what tips me to think that Leo knows something. He should not be able to know anything.
And yet I think he does because his position on final data is IMMORAL and OUTRAGEOUS if the drug works.
