I think most of the time in a RM they want a clean shell instead of having to pay to do all the financials,upload them and go through the getting current process.

Going with a Custodian they'll do the work of cleaning up the mess and getting it back on the way of higher prices.

That said I've seen Companies get current by doing recent quarters first and then go back to 2019 and start working on those. Why?? Beats me...........
