Spot on analysis from high profile Security Attorney who is very very familiar with the situation involving the fraud that directly relates to AMC. I stand firm IMO AMC has a very strong case against DTC. Yes, the SEC is somewhat protected as a government entity but they too are legally exposed in AMC circumstances.

Any legal action brought by AMC must first be directed at DTC because they are the private entity....but if DTC can't cover ALL damages (like billions in counterfeit shares) then the USG is on the hook for the remaining damages.

The squeeze could start when AMC files legal actions against DTC...I think THEIR IS NOTHING CITADEL/DTC CAN DO TO PREVENT MEETING AMC IN COURT. THE DTC CAN EITHER SACRIFICE CITADEL OR AMC CAN TAKE OUT THE ENTIRE DTC IN FEDERAL COURT.
