I'll also add the importance of one's DD and weighing the Risk/ Reward factor on pps. With BYOC, the price action, and the fact an institutional investor is comfortable providing capital for shares valued at a higher(.01) than the current price should help that lower ones risk of investing, especially given the current pps . Of course preferred share holders get paid first...so that institutional investor would get his money back before us, which helps lower that investors risk...but it makes zero sense to invest at in a company that has any chance of going bankrupt, otherwise what's the point plus with all the paperwork, and time & money to put that together...it would be wasteful. My guess is somebody is going to make an absolute killing with all this accumulation.
Its easy to invest in BYOC, especially since S800 has been around for thirty years and they have loyal big name customers, and lets not forget BYOC has a very FAT NOL, which has great value in of itself and is going to come in very handy down the line.
My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
Please do not buy, sell, hold based on my opinion!
