OMID needs MOMO which got it already and IMO because of low float PPS skyrocket explosively soon.
Just as reminder and for more clarification below are what CEO mentioned on the shareholders letter and accomplishments so far derived from news and twitter account and IMO, correct me if I’m wrong or you are aware of more :
• Maintain preparedness to participate in the recreational cannabis market of New Jersey. ==> Under Progress
• Continue to develop new product offerings and expand existing sales channels ==>Under Progress
• Acquire new private label customers and expand existing relationships (contracts)
It’s done. ==>OMID aquired Champ life without any share commitment!
• Obtain additional certifications for manufacturing facility with possible expansion. ==> Per one twitt OMID applied for getting some MJ products selling certifications in NJ.
• Reduce the number of outstanding common shares by 100M+ (target completion: Q2) ==> Reduction is 100M+ not 150M! So don’t get disappointed with the amount less than 150M, LOL
• Continue allocating reserves toward inflation hedges (e.g. GBTC/ETHE/SILJ)
==> I have no info.
• Initiate exposure and product R&D in promising, emerging industries
==> I have no info.
• Assemble a dedicated sales team for the first time in company history
==> Under Progress
• Launch or acquire brands to target specific markets (e.g. Peac Wellness)
==> OMID acquired Champ life
• Prepare to uplist to a higher exchange
==> IMO With accomplishment of above and price going up gradually toward $1 by mid 3rd quarter, up listing seems possible may be to Nazdaq by EOY;)
IMO OMID has wise CEO and an exceptional plan with consecutive positive updates coming on the way soon, hope it works out well as planned and all get their profits.
