call me cynical but that news came out exactly the same time this stock was running up. my opinion is that news might have been an act of stock manipulation.

Think about it.....The Tocano mine could be the poster child of how not to do benching in Brazil, but I do not recall any preventive news releases regarding possible slide situations.prior to this.
