Some OTC stocks have a Jan. effect embeded in in them, aided by MM'S who know how to precisely attack a valuable piece of trading currency, to set in motion arrays of painted tape markings ensuring cheap shares of these hard to find no brainer gems coax holders to submit to sell at fractions of their true value. KIK poster and OTC find filter, located SIGL some weeks ago, and even though I bought some below 10 cents, MM's convinced me to sell for just 50% higher, so that they could rebuy on small vol. stabs and later entice a high vol. fury, days later to 2.40.
