It has great upsides in the regard to cash on hand for the company. That in theory translates to positives for us. As far as declining it that really depends on the buyer. If your comfortable with how many shares you have and the PPS avg you have then you should feel good about your position. I would wait until the final 5 days to see where it will be and decide from there if I was going to buy anymore.
