The SEC could ban Box from doing any business in the U.S. But I guess even that, Mr. B could get around it in some form or another by help from friends or maybe using a fake name and address. It would be easier for him if he would just come clean and pay everyone he owes and start fresh with a new public Box Ship company and a new name. But that would make way too much sense for him to do so. Most human beings are funny in that way, I guess.
