I asked TM about the 'newness' of the SRK report availability. Her reply concluded with: "The NDC signers had access to it previously."

So, it has been around, for the interested. I draw no conclusion, other than 'it seems an executed NDA is no longer required to view the entire report'. Why would that be? 1. NDA signers haven't bitten and wider exposure is sought 2. NDA signer(s) have bitten and less reason / need to keep confidential, objective having been met.
