Honestly I thought it was for both ARYC and Rene

I did not see anything else specifically about ARYC outside of what the SEC made public.

It would be nice if the SEC let everyone know what that actually means to the company and shareholders.

I don't believe they have their lab/office anymore. Rene is out for 3 years as an officer of a public company (but I'm not sure how that relates to day to day business)

Dr Schena is laying low due to the upcoming trial.

So basically they have no one at the helm and no lab/office. Not sure what can be done as a company now or what the future holds.
