At that price call a beef rancher and buy directly from them. Until you’ve had a steak directly from a rancher you haven’t had a great one. Nothing against Omaha or other producers but there is something about buying/eating direct from the farm.

When an animal is humanely slaughtered by the farmer/rancher that has raised it there is a significant decrease of stress hormones introduced into the bloodstream. Therefore the meat’s flavor is greatly influenced and has a lot better flavor.
