Incorrect. They have until 6/30 to submit their paperwork to the otc. The otc in turn has until September to effect the changes. It just means that once we go past 6/30 we are in purgatory because this is a 15-12G company and is not required to submit anything to the sec. We won’t know either way until this gets suspended or goes pink.
