vote "NO" for the extra 25 Million shares. They may say it may not get use until 2022 but think about it. 2022 is only 6 months away. Citadel can and will hold this on for as long as possible. AMC was doing great until the 11 Million share diluted by AMC this week destroyed the rally. "certain" people knows about the 11M shares so they sold off making millions before the 11M share was announce.
