Youre absolutely right. But the OTC does not have the same transparency or accountability as the major exchanges and so for that reason its much easier to adjust the books to your benefit, especially when you are under investigation. Btw, how long does the average SEC investigation last before they begin to liquidate...The SEC does NOT have the resources to track down every fraudster out there, not even close. They have trillion dollar industries to try and regulate like let's say 'crypto'. Their hands are tied. I can name 20 other penny plays rn that have changed their product lines numerous times over the years and their due for a spike. Ive been watching this company since before Cannophen. Fraud is a biproduct of companies who register with OTC.
