SEC make decisions based on facts, not what people complain or appraise. I have more than one stock being put CE, because the CEOs fed public fake info( they did lie).. All of them are still on CE list. I don't think CCTL will get off CE list within months. For us to get rid of CE, TP needs to prove he did not lie about the bit coins and the cash. He did not lie directly, but the financial report last year was an indirect lying. I don't like to support a CEO who was not even able to take over the company assets from the former CEO.

The 500+ BCs and over $700k cash is hundred times more than the value TP could produce in many years. He is supposed to recover the missing assets in any case. If SEC does not force, will he make any effort to recover? I don't trust him.
