Facebook thoughts on these players there was a rumor that they originally offered James 500k to launch Giddy up some say it was 100k. Bill has his take on it that he wanted James just to launch 1 flavor. Regardless he knew James didn't have the funding and wasn't ready to launch the business. Looks like he just wanted to spin off at the time spin-off to the nasdaq.

In comes Poe and then the issues they were talking about Poe had to take care of with sec fines or suspensions or both. Poe also said that he had a hard time paying to catch up with the filings he had to pay out of his pocket that's why it took so long. He just didn't say anything about Giddy up because I guess he wanted to not put out any news that's wasn't positive. We had said on the board no way he can or is going to launch Giddy up cause James needed money to excute this. Bill just said he tried it and tasted it and was good and had a few KEY shareholders say they were there and tried it also. Bill knew James L Robinson when he recruited him and didn't properly vett him. Why? I don't know

As far as wishing James Good luck it's more Goodbye and Good luck he got what he truly looks like he needed and what Bill and Poe couldn't provide him with but had no problem feeding off our expectations. I'm just happy he's out of the picture. Meanwhile those two are doing what?
