When talk of a r/s first came up, he urged everyone to get out in the $1.30 - $1.40 range because he couldn’t fathom how the r/s would help facilitate the up-listing to Nasdaq and how that would draw institutional investors. It is hard to imagine that there is any investor in BYRN (long or short term) who couldn’t be thrilled with either the performance of its pps or its future outlook. So the question remains if he is out, why is he here still pestering the rest of us?
