FYI

I spoke to an attorney yesterday in NEW YORK about MTD's and the likelihood or lack there of that they are RARELY ALLOWED and in turn the case gets dismissed.

The comment was that, as a GENERAL RULE the claimant (HCMC) has the preponderance of the court/law BEHIND THEM over the one(PMI) attempting to get a case dismissed.........
