RXMD I think everyone is still bullish on the business itself, but I'm personally over management. They need to get their act together. This seemed like a save face attempt today after Jay's remarks last week that multiple PRs were coming.
The cancelation of the RS worries me a bit. For uplisting they are going to have to do it eventually. It's unavoidable unless they do some other sort of merger with another company already listed on a higher exchange. So why the cancelation? Did plans fall through, were they delayed, what? That uncertainty is quite frustrating, at least for me.
Like I said, business is still fine and progressing, but we've been dealing with the S-1 talk for over a year now. Don't want to speak for everyone, but I think this is what shareholders care most about. Not bitcoin.
