The judge needs to finish this off so GDSI can get back to old and new business.

Consider this, do you really think that after 3 years of non participation the Bolzan’s
are suddenly going to show up for mediation?

If they don’t. How long do you think it will take the appeals court to toss this appeal?

This judge appears to be taking the short cut to dismissing this appeal.

Accrued interest of $53k a day, $1.5m a month. Since judgement was rendered.

At 700m OS that would be a basic increase to shareholder equity of .002 per month.
And that’s not funds that will be going to pay taxes or fees.
