First off, It’s an OFFICE BUILDING, not a “strip mall” like you said. Second, they have SEVEN tenants, NOT just one tenant left, or how you put it, “only one sign up”. I don’t know how you see only “one sign” out of seven companies posted on a huge, concrete roadside directory…. But according to you, “only one sign up”.

A simple google map/street-view shows that you must be mistaken.
