Not big money controlling the stock, people with a boatload of shares that they bought super cheap. They got their millions for the price of a Happy Meal, now are selling for 1000X profit. That is what is happening. It will stop if it breaks it's chain and runs north. Then, they will hold off again until it stabilizes at a higher price. Then, sell again. Rinse and repeat.
