A little surprised. I saw ASCM after the reorganization, thought for sure they were selling shares. It made sense with the cost of restructuring. Now I'm wondering what they were doing. Maybe a boo game knowing most traders familiar with ASCM would assume dilution. Then you have to think of who would want to keep the price down and why.

Only 2 weeks since the reorganization, 1 week since establishing Global 3pl logistical Technologies.
