Finally, this is a major merger in OTC land. A real company is buying another company with real potential. I feel Recommerce should go through with the merger. The value it will bring would help regardless of the lawsuit. The increased value from the stock would make it well worth and position Recommerce to get a heads-up now that the country is getting out of its COVID-19 era. I, no doubt, see a lot of hope and a great chance to make money.
