I called Cngt and was told just look at the public filings. Not good enough for me. If the merger is still on, we should be told. That is material fact in our investing, and it was put out to the public. People are buying and selling stock on the basis of this proposed merger. This is just my opinion but if I do not hear anything by next week, I will call the Sec and file a compliant, if I am under SEC rules, allowed to do so.
