Wow, I did a google search, this guy is a real piece of work. He was also featured in a Dale Goldhawk Book “Getting What You Deserve: The Adventures of Goldhawk Fights Back" where it documents how Todd Weigel stole the accident settlement of a woman by befriending her and gaining her trust, then "managing" her money.

Have you thought of contacting someone in that town, Union Bay, to let them know what kind of a creep lives there now? Who know what he's doing with the locals. That might be more effective than waiting for someone finding out via a random Google Search.
