I just called and talked to Michael at the company. I told him I have held this stock for years and was concerned that the merger has not happened yet. Of course, he said he could not give me any information but any new information would be reported to the SEC. I figured I would get that response, but feel I needed to ask anyhow. More waiting it seems.
