Whale Beached; when do the Baltia crimes surface?

"The government writes in response to the defendant’s May 20, 2021 letter
(“Def.’s Ltr.”). In that letter, the defendant objects to the Report and Recommendation of the Honorable Anne Y. Shields, which concluded that all of the government’s proposed trial exhibits should be admitted into evidence under both the inevitable discovery and attenuation of the taint doctrines. Because the record before Judge Shields amply supports those
conclusions, this Court should adopt Judge Shields’s recommendation and admit all of the government’s proof at trial.

As described further below, the defendant’s contrary claims are
meritless and the Court should reject them in their entirety..."
