If you have a $PYBX physical stock certificate you wish to deposit in your brokerage account, many brokers are declining to accept those certificates for deposit until the BCSC CEASE TRADE ORDER is lifted.

Sure that's true but I mean how many are sitting there with a physical certificate? That said I can see your point. Still not a reason to sell off the stock suddenly, not sure what happened the last few days, somebody eager to sell at any price.
