I believe it would take about $1 Billion.

But I think a small contract like 1 Billion is about a tenth of what would be a good start.

10 Billion Dollar a Year Contract would be about right.

When considering we are in a $51 Trillion Dollar Market, it seems realistic for a small contract of 10 Billion.
