gut says something is in the works, no reason to do all this backoffice if some deal or some pending development is not highly probable.

The board, insiders, and a couple of their listed employees are no fools. Their time is worth money; they are not nickel and dimers. They are associated with substantial money as well as current and recent past significant industry success.

These peoples association would have terminated long ago if the upside potential was not only significant but also probable. JMO

A million or even couple million shares dispersed to loyal participants aren't individually worth squat at current share price, nor a small multiple therin. $50K, $100K? doesn't get interesting to them (even smaller insiders) on a multi-year involvement short of $250k-$500K+ JMO that gives us a 5x-10x multiple potentials from .08

as such my short/medium-term target is that we see .40 - .60 (before Dec)

heck, ridicule me now. I only risk what I'm prepared to lose.
I'm one year in from initiating a position that I added all the way up to something like 30K at .044 on tax loss selling last December.
Long, Strong and arguably foolish for not selling significantly into the pop over .20
in frustrastion I've added another 100K or so under .09 this time around.

Neil might be targeting .25... me? double that on good news with real $$ attached.

I want to get into a lower capital gains bracket before I sell.
