Honestly I do not know, I am not licensed in New York, however I just hope this does not interfere with the Merger. Remember the first Merger attempt did not go through. Let's hope we do get some merger news. It could be a good sign in that Recommence is not willing to cave and take the risk, or bad news the Sanguine was compensation Recommence cannot pay. This is all speculative. I would have preferred to see a settlement. If the merger is going to go through, there should be no more delays. Recommerce has already gone beyond the time they stated the Merger would occur. I am speaking here mainly as an investor, not a lawyer. I hope we see the merger.
