Hi RMN —— thinking out of the box is always a good thing, and just possibly the best way to approach SGMD. I’m pretty well rooted in past business practice I fail to put the blue sky glasses on. Lol. If anything, Jimmy has proved to be a survivor so at some level, I will give him credit for that. Assuming everything pans out, and Jimmy finally surrounds himself with those of real business acumen in a few years this could prove to be the Diamond in the rough. At some point in the very near future, Jimmy is going to have to have audited financials so shareholders can dissect where revenue streams are, and shed the non revenue producing elements of SGMD. There are tax benefits in doing so, and further it allows concentration on the core business(s). To bring credence to SGMD, I wish Jimmy would hire a real CEO that has a bit of name brand equity within the marketplace. Jimmy wears all the hats today and simply stated, not a good move.
