Do you understand the mental relevance in going through an individuals posting history, in order to justify a personal opinion in a company?

Or replying to a months old post...to let the poster know the stock went up a few months later?

There's an old saying:
If the Insiders are dumping shares after a great PR...then the PR is not as great as being stated.

There's another saying:
Why sell 10 million shares at $8.00 a share...when you can sell 1 million shares at $80.00 a share?




A company issues a great press release.
-- The company then sells shares at the bid (internal financing).
-- The insiders of the company sell shares at the bid (offerings).
-- The Board of Directors sell shares at the bid (stock options).
-- Employee share-based compensation sold at the bid.

This is known as a pump-and-dump.
Pump-and-dump companies...are scam companies.
