This is the end product of a reverse merger. There are a number of stock tickers at the beginning of the process. George Sharpe who seems to be the king of OTC reverse merger, He has totally defunct companies that he is just on the 1st stage which is custodianship.... One of which already has a 1/2 a billion dollar market share. The others have been pumped up to tens even hundreds of millions of dollar market cap... For a defunct shell!!! Anyone that thinks SFIO is a gamble compared to what else is out there.... They really have no Business being in or commenting on the OTC market. Of course it's a gamble.... All of OTC is a gamble. How good this one turns out to be pretty much depends on the valuation of what they have under their umbrella.... Compared to these others I spoke of..... I will take this bet any day!
